Stella I am devastated by your leaving us so soon. you were an inspiration to so many and will be desperately missed by all who knew you. You were kind and thoughtful and unstinting in your generosity to all.
I had such a lovely holiday with you in 2019 on a river cruise which you organized in your wonderful efficient way. Happy memories going back many years. I miss you.

As well as all the posts held by Stella at Wimbledon Synagogue and being a wonderful volunteer at Nightingale House delighting the residents with a weekly musical event, she was the chair of the Synagogue Education Committee; for all that time I was the Cheder Administrator. Stella was always there to help and advise which helped me immensely.

Big appreciations to all the family for inviting us to Stella's funeral and welcoming us back to the Wimbledon and District Synagogue, and to everyone at the synagogue for welcoming us. It was a very moving and warm occasion.
I feel very lucky to have known Stella, for more than 30 years, through Re-evaluation Counselling. She was an inspiring leader in our local counselling community
Her intelligence, positive approach and kindness always stood out for me. She "got" what was going on and had expectations that we would step up and all have big lives. Her counselling was gentle and firm. Of course, she was so generous in the many ways that she stepped up herself in our community and her other important "communities", including the Synagogue. She was a hard worker who never sounded under pressure. Stella had such love of life, and an authority, elegance and light touch that I will really miss.
I know about Stella's huge pride in and commitment to her family and am thinking of you all.
